Ride On Real Time App Reviews

It was always a toss up whether the app would show real or scheduled arrival times, but now it wont show anything. Maybe it was the last update, but I cant get it to load any arrival times at all in any screen.

disappointed, the new update is not good at all, the option "where my bus" doesnt work !!! fix it please

This week the app does not load the bus schedule. It only says loading but does nothing.

Now the wheres my ride feature doesnt work at all. Just loads endlessly.

What happened with this app?? It used to be so helpful before its update and now Im missing busses and becoming late for work and classes. I really hope they fix it soon

This app was great when it used to show real time data. That stopped recently and its become a liability. Ive sent feedback and screenshots to the developers every time the rt data was missing to let them know and have never gotten even an acknowledgment that they received the email. Very frustrating and a total failure of a public private partnership.

This was a very handy app until the last update which killed the "Real Time" feature. Need to know when your bus is coming? Sorry, thats your best guess now. Sent a note to the developers today and of course have not gotten a response. Must be the same people who worked on v1.0 of healthcare.gov.

Used to be shaky, but the update broke stop-based info. Developer claims its Apples fault. So fix it!

The app doesnt give you the right times when the bus comes. It shows realtime but once you go to check again a few seconds later it shows the scheduled time saying the bus passed. I miss so many busses thanks to this app.

The realitime part of the app is very inaccurate . Had made me miss multiple buses .. Why offer somebody something then dont make it work right . Smh used to work good all the timebdont know what happen

Sure wish this actually worked. Abysmal performance. Fix it to show real time for every single bus and then make those times actually reliable!!!!

Times are not accurate and by an alarmingly wide margin. 10 minutes behind actual bus route. Worse than useless.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The times given by this app are ALWAYS off. I always have to wait 10-15 more minutes past the time app says the bus is supposed to arrive. Either the app is false or the bus drivers dont know how to do their jobs by being on time

No real time capability; clunky interface. Developers seem to have given up. Montgomery County should just feed their info to the Smart Ride app.

The App mirrors the Ride On system. Its difficult to use and often inaccurate. Users must re-type destinations because the app lacks auto-fill. The schedules have no basis in reality so what does it matter? Nice work, Maryland. Youve turned a liberal into a Tea-Party supporter after only six months of Ride On & WMATA experience.

Unless you have a GPS tracker that can show me exactly where my bus is, please change the app name so that it represents a schedule and not real time. Also, I want to be able to file a complaint directly from the app. You can start by allowing me to complain when a bus is late or doesnt show up at all.

The prior version of this app was great. This one doesnt recognize bus stops or schedules using GPS , and doesnt load schedules when you put them in directly. Totally useless

The app has completely stopped working! It goes to the opening screen and thats it! Please fix this issue. Perhaps if you did updates this wouldnt happen
